some highlights from the trip:
* 5 guys: who knew a cheese burger could taste so good? (i don't even like burgers!)
* aunt annie pretzels: OMG! little buttered buns that melted in your mouth. we got a cinnamon sugar one too but the original was to die for. to die for!
* lombardi's pizza: a crispy, chewy crust and fresh pureed tomatoes (not cooked!) - like being back in napoli without to airfare to italy.
* absolute bagels: i ordered a toasted sesame but the guy behind the counter advised me to go fresh. and mm-Mm-mm - he was sooo right
* grimaldi's famous pizza AND they served dr pepper! oh, brooklyn - you're a town that knows my heart
* serendipity's famous frozen hot chocolate. i thought it was 'meh' but pepper loved it.
next time i go for the PB and chocolate one
* and did i mention 5 guys?
