we'll finish up Japan by looking at some samurai artifacts
 
 
and while we are there, we sneak a peek at the Korean artifacts... not so many, and - being celadon pottery, han-gul scrolls, and mother-of-pearl furniture - they don't really capture the attention of the children the way swords do :) sorry korea!
